Every day you rely on help desk and desktop support teams to solve user issues such as help with trouble shooting or mobile phone, computer and network issues. A help desk is the first point of contact for customers and employees a like. When users/customers need answers, the help desk is where they turn. Our Year Up graduates have been trained to know that active listening is just as important to troubleshooting as the technology itself. Each graduate spend 6 rigorous months learning the ins and outs of software & hardware to effectively resolve any issues they might encounter.
